Percy's been possessed by a ghost, had a shadow demon inside him for a number of years, has been to hell, speaks celestial and has met a god, and other spoilery things in addition to having a high perception. Sooo I'd say he *could* see Eizen if he passes a perception check in the beginning months? (I have dice and can roll for that easily o7 )
